Petar Pejčić Performs on a 1694 Giuseppe Guarneri “filius Andreae” Cello
We are delighted that Petar Pejčić performs on an exceptional instrument: a 1694 Giuseppe Guarneri “filius Andreae” cello, generously entrusted to him by the J & A Beare International Violin Society.
This remarkable instrument accompanies Petar at an exciting stage of his career. During the 2026/27 season, he will appear as an ECHO Rising Star in many of Europe’s leading concert halls. At the same time, he begins his new recording partnership with PENTATONE, where his first recordings on this outstanding cello will be made.
The opportunity to perform on an instrument of such historical and artistic significance is both a privilege and a testament to the confidence placed in Petar’s exceptional artistry. We extend our sincere gratitude to the J & A Beare International Violin Society for their generosity and for making this extraordinary instrument available to him.
We look forward to hearing Petar perform on the 1694 Giuseppe Guarneri “filius Andreae” throughout his upcoming concert tours and recordings, and wish him every success with this remarkable instrument.
