New General Management: Conductor Mojca Lavrenčič
We are delighted to announce that we now represent Slovenian conductor Mojca Lavrenčič in general management.
Mojca Lavrenčič gained international recognition after winning the prestigious La Maestra International Competition for Women Conductors 2026 in Paris. In addition to First Prize, she was awarded five of the six special prizes: the International Orchestras Committee Prize, the ECHO Committee Prize (European Concert Hall Organisation), the French Concert Halls and Orchestras Committee Prize, the Orchestre de Paris Musicians’ Prize, and the ARTE Committee Prize – an exceptional achievement.
Mojca Lavrenčič is distinguished by a rare combination of technical precision, artistic depth, and natural authority. Her conducting style brings together clear leadership with attentive, collaborative music-making, and a refined sense for sound and structure.
For Mojca, conducting is far more than musical interpretation – it is a way of connecting people. She sees it as an opportunity to empower others, to create trust, and to open spaces in which musicians can fully express themselves. Her work is shaped by respect, empathy, and a deep belief that music can offer meaning, orientation, and genuine human connection, especially in uncertain times. In rehearsal, she creates an atmosphere in which musicians feel safe, valued, and inspired – allowing individual voices to come together as one.
We very much look forward to working together and to supporting the further development of her international career.
