More than 200 young singers from all over the world took part in the first edition of the Voci Olimpiche competition, conceived by Andrea Marcon and supported by the Fondazione Cariverona, which focused on the Baroque repertoire. At stake is a leading role in the 2021 edition of Handel's Alcina, which will be examined by an authoritative international jury.

Through interviews with the jurors and capturing the exciting behind-the-scenes experiences of the young candidates, the 2020 documentary produced by the Società del Quartetto di Vicenza tells the story of the final stages of the competition until the announcement of the winners.
