La Voce Strumentale
La Voce Strumentale was founded in 2011 by the artistic director Dmitry Sinkovsky as a period instruments ensemble bringing together musicians from Europe and Russia.
LVS is focusing on the repertory of the 17th and 18th centuries. It has absolutely unique and remarkable string group involving winners of various international competitions, and open absolutely new horizons for technical and sound possibilities on gut srtings. LVS is a regular guest at the most of important music venues in Moscow including Bolshoy Theater, Moscow State Philarmony, and start to appear in Europe already performing concerts in Germany, Holland, Spain, Hungary and Finland. During the last seasons the ensemble not only have played lots of popular baroque instrumental programs but also was focused on rarely performed vocal music including serenatas and cantatas written by : L.Leo, A.Scarlatti ,A. Vivaldi, G.F. Handel and A. Caldara. Among the soloists regularly working with LVS are Julia Lezhneva, Luca Pianca, Margret Koell. In 2015 LVS released their first CD in collaboration with French label Naïve classic.
