On 30.09.2022 Yaara Tal & Andreas Groethuysen were guests at the Rungis Piano-Piano Festival. At this festival - especially for piano duos - they interpreted the Eight Variations on "Ein Weib ist das herrlichste Ding" by W.A. Mozart, the Variations for two pianos on a theme by Beethoven op. 35 by C. Saint-Saëns, as well as excerpts from the Studies for two pianos after Bach's Art of Fugue by R. Febel.

"In the Variations on a Theme of Beethoven by Saint-Saëns, a difficult score in which our duo exploits the myriad pitfalls, the cohesion of the two musicians impresses even more. Apart from its brilliance and wide dynamic range, one admires the delicacy with which it traverses the rapid strokes while maintaining a pianissimo nuance: true virtuosity."
