Magic evening with Valer Sabadus in Bayreuth

On 10 May, Valer Sabadus performed as a soloist with the Baroque Orchestra of the Thüringen Philharmonie Gotha-Eisenach under the baton of Festival Director Michael Hofstetter in the first concert of this year's Gluck Festival. In the baroque setting of the Baroque Opera House in Bayreuth, "he was able to cast a spell over the audience with his special voice", wrote an enthusiastic online magazine.  "He made a special impression not only with the different timbres and his technical flexibility, but also with the expressive tones in exposed high registers."
