Julia Lezhneva - to die for!

Julia Lezhneva celebrated her debut with the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra to great applause at the weekend. The programme included Mozart's "Exsultate, jubilate" and arias by Rossini, conducted by Giovanni Antonini. "Julia Lezhneva combines a powerful forte with a beautiful, slightly metallic timbre and a restrained, elegant vibrato.
