On 06.03.24, Alexander Gadjiev performed a recital at the Brucknerhaus Linz as part of the Bechstein Piano Evenings, where he impressed the audience and the press by giving his programme (Chopin in the first part, César Franck's Prélude fugue et variante op. 18, arranged by Harold Bauer and Beethoven's Eroica Variations in the second part) a very personal touch. The Oberösterreichisches Volksblatt newspaper wrote: "Gadjiev rightly moulded the nocturnes and mazurkas into quietly contemplative, meditatively absorbed character pieces that are heavy with content. Very personal, preciously set in gemstones, which he makes shine in the harmonious structure of his feelings without any effects."
